The biggest day of the year for holiday shopping is almost upon us. But there's no need to venture far, because there are businesess right here in the Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood that are offering great deals on items. 

The following is a list of Fenway-Kenmore businesses offering specials or deals this Black Friday: 

Bed Bath and Beyond - Arrive before noon and take 20% off your entire purchase.

Best Buy - Doors open at 1 a.m. on Friday at the Fenway location of the giant electronics and entertainment retailer. See here for the flyer

Blick - The niche art supply store on Brookline Avenue is offering a buy one, get one free deal, and the first ten customers in the store will receive a special gift pack with $50 worth of goods inside. There's also a raffle and a prize wheel. See here for the flyer

Eastern Mountain Sports - Head to Newbury Street for up to 50% off hundreds of different of outdoor apparel items, from Black Friday through Sunday night. See here for the flyer

REI - The large outdoors clothing and supplies retailer in Landmark Center is offering deals on various items from 30% to 60% off. See here for the flyer

Sleepy's - The Brighton Ave store is offering up to 60% off Mattresses online and in-store. See here for more info

Staples - The office supply store at Landmark Center is offering big savings on computers, data storage, printers, and other office supplies, with some up to 70% off. Check their website for full details

Urban Outfitters - On Wednesday, you can get 20% off with a college ID. On Friday, take an extra 50% off all items until 10 a.m. - and the Newbury St. store is opening up at 4 a.m. See the flyer here.
