Things to Know in Fenway-Kenmore Today, April 3: Share Your Fenway Marathon Story

1. Weather: The National Weather Service is predicting a mostly sunny day with a high of 45 degrees. 

2. Running the Marathon? Share Your Story: If you're planning to run 26.2 straight miles, chances are you've got a good reason to do it. Share your own story by uploading your photo and more about yourself and your charity. 

3. Spring Fashion Show: There's a special benefit fashion show tonight to benefit The Ellie Fund, presented by The Slater Foundation: Spring Scene Fashion Show featuring National Jean Company. Tickets are $30 each. The event is being held at 200 Stuart St, Boston at 7 p.m. See here for more information. 

4. Food Drive: Donate a box of pasta to Panera Bread (401 Park Dr.) on April 6 or 7 from 11am-2pm to help those in need at the Greater Boston Food Bank or Worcester County Food Bank  In exchange, the first 25 people to donate each day will receive a Mystery Panera Bread Gift Card (ranging in value from $2 - $50). See here for more information. 

5. Sen. Warren in Boston: U.S. Senator from Massachusetts Elizabeth Warren will be in Boston today to attend a roundtable discussion with local women business owners who have received community development block grant funding. She'll be at the Bella Luna Restaurant (284 Amory St.) in JP to talk about the impact this direct funding has had on their success.
