Here are a few stories form this week.

September is upon us agian, folks. A lot went on this week, so these are a few of the most notable stories. Hope you all have enjoyed your weekend.

1. :  Boston University’s Men’s Hockey Team is in some hot water regarding the “culture of sexual entitlement and abuse,” investigated by a University Task Force. Jack Parker, coach of the Boston University Men’s Hockey Team lost his executive athletic director title as a result of these findings, according to the BBJ.

2. At 2:26 a.m. on Sunday, September 2, a Boston Police Officer was driving west on Ipswich Street at the bottom of Lansdowne Street when a Mazda pulled out of the Ipswich Street garage and collided into the marked police car.

3.  The system is rigged against middle class families, and unchecked corporate greed will take us all down, according to Massachusetts U.S. Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren who spoke at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday night. 

4. Boston Police investigated a potential bomb threat at the Match School located at 1001 Commonwealth Avenue on Wednesday afternoon.

5. The Boston burger joint, UBurger opened a new location at the Curry Student Center at Northeastern University yesterday. Northeastern students will no longer have to travel to Kenmore Square, Commonwealth Avenue or Tremont Street for a UBurger, frappes and hand-cut fries.
