"Baseball at Bedtime" Bedtime Stories Event at Hotel Commonwealth

Hotel Commonwealth’s Bedtime Stories event returns for its fifth year on February 21 and 22!

The February vacation storytelling and pajama party will be baseball themed featuring an appearance by the Boston Red Sox’s Wally the Green Monster. “Baseball at Bedtime” celebrates reading and the joy of baseball in books, not to mention the 2013 World Series win by the Boston Red Sox.

Children can wear their favorite pajamas or baseball gear while listening to captivating storytellers and performers, taking photos with Wally or enjoying the make-your-own hot chocolate bar.  Hotel Commonwealth will additionally debut a second custom children’s book featuring its signature Terry the Bear. All event proceeds benefit ReadBoston.

Continue the family fun with “The Hotel for Kids” package at a rate of $259. The package features an overnight at the hotel, pancake-making class on Saturday or Sunday morning with Pastry Chef Lauren Kroesser of Eastern Standard Kitchen & Drinks, complimentary valet parking, board games, family-friendly DVDs, plus a welcome backpack stuffed with LL Bean slippers, the Terry the Bear books, a flashlight and special surprises.

To RSVP to the Bedtime Stories pajama party, call 617-532-5020 or email AllReservations@HotelCommonwealth.com.
