Green Line Derailment in Allston on Tuesday Night

A Green Line train derailed on Tuesday night at the Packard's Corner T-stop.

A Green Line train ran off its tracks at the Packard's Corner T-stop in Allston on Tuesday night.

Around 9 p.m., the inbound B Line train was pulling into the station when the front wheels of the second car derailed, according to an MBTA spokesperson. 

The MBTA said no passengers were hurt, and the T is still investigating the cause of the accident.

A Green Line train partially derailed tonight as it pulled into the Packard’s Corner station in Allston, an MBTA spokesman said.

The MBTA offered shuttle service on Tuesday night on Commonwealth Avenue between Blandford and Washington Streets.
